WHY? & WHAT?
As a university honours student, I strongly believe that the key to success in the academic side of schooling is a combination of motivation, diligence and perseverance. Year 12, in particular, is in itself a difficult journey and while it requires many obstacles to be overcome, it does build a strong sense of character and discipline.
My aim as both your child’s tutor and mentor is to assist them in achieving their very best in all their subjects as well as providing them with emotional guidance by holding a 15 minute mentoring session after tutoring lessons charge free. However, it should be noted that these sessions are only offered to students in years 11-12.
These sessions will essentially revolve around me providing your child advice with regards to time organisational skills (scheduling), proper homework preparation, exam techniques and personal life if they wish to discuss. In short, I strongly believe that your child’s health is their most valuable type of wealth and thus, my role as a tutor/mentor is to turn all their respective weaknesses into strengths, while also nurturing their emotional growth and wellbeing.
HOW? & WHAT?
Due to COVID-19 safety guidelines and further, as a precautionary measure, I have decided to transition to online tutoring through ZOOM, but do also accept in-person tutoring under certain circumstances. This would allow me to interact with all my students in a safe, fun yet also productive environment. The ZOOM application has many features which would effectively allow students to have all their work drafted and reviewed in a timely and efficient manner by me, while also being tutored and mentored.
I provide one-on-one and group tutoring services for students from primary school to year 12 with programs designed to suit each student’s specific needs and goals.
I offer tutoring in the following subjects for students in years 11 & 12:
1. English (both Advanced and Standard), English Extension 1, English Extension 2

3. Economics
4. Legal Studies
